Position Summary:

Emerge Education has an immediate opening on our growing team for a Graphic Designer. The Graphic Designer reports to the Director of Marketing. This person is responsible for executing the marketing plans and the tactical marketing functions of the organization, as developed by the Vice President and Director of Marketing. This includes world-class marketing campaigns via a variety of formats, platforms and environments including: social media, email, display, direct mail, print and other digital and non-digital campaign assets that aid in the growth of the organization and accurately represent Emerge’s educational clients. 

Our ideal candidate will have experience developing digital and non-digital marketing assets that generate campaign results. Key requirements include: strong graphic design experience; an eye for creative details; ability to understand creative in the context of overall marketing strategy; a very strong collaborative work style; ability to build assets that follow strict client brand guidelines; strong attention to detail; ability to communicate effectively with clients; and the ability to manage the pressures of a fast paced, goal-oriented online marketing environment.
